We all think of the golden rule, but that places our perspective / viewpoint upon another person, which is never 100% the same.
When we consider others first, we can be better coworkers and employees, because this viewpoint helps to bring home the idea of putting the customer first.
This can also spill over into our personal lives and can make us better children, siblings, parents, friends, and significant others.
